The Company

Rupert Bevan Ltd has been designing and producing furniture and specialist finishes for more than twenty years. We work for leading interior designers, architects and private clients all over the world.

Though our focus has moved away from restoring antiques, our strong background in restoration gives us a unique understanding of different materials, their uses and their applications. It also informs our familiarity with styles of furniture from the 16^th Century right through to the present day.

Our team of full-time people is backed by an extraordinary roster of specialist craftsmen working with us on individual projects at any one time. Their unique skills include leatherwork, stone carving, gilding, lacquer work, glass work, joinery, cabinet making and wood carving.

Our London showroom has an adjoining studio where the specialist finishing is undertaken. Here you can see an impressive library of our work and samples of many of our decorative finishes. Our glass workshop, design studio and main workshops are located in Ludlow, Shropshire. This is where much of the furniture we design and make starts its life.
